Malaga cuisine

RONDEÑA BROAD BEANS:

Ingredients:
1 kg of artichokes
1 kg. of broad beans
1 kg of peas
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 kg. of morcilla (like Black Pudding)
Flour
Stock
Salt

Elaboration:

Clean the artichokes and cut them into pieces
Wet the artichokes, broad beans and peas and roll them in the flour
Rondeña Broad Beans
Boil them with water and salt, drain and put to one side
Fry the onion with a tablespoon of tomato and add the artichokes, broad beans and peas.
Fry everything lightly
Cover everything with the stock and add the slices of morcilla
Cook for ten minutes and serve
