Rondeña Broad Beans
Ingredients:
-
1 kg of artichokes
- 1 kg. of broad beans
- 1 kg of peas
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 kg. of morcilla (like Black Pudding)
- Flour
- Stock
- Salt

Elaboration:
- Clean the artichokes and cut them into pieces
- Wet the artichokes, broad beans and peas and roll them in the flour
- Boil them with water and salt, drain and put to one side
- Fry the onion with a tablespoon of tomato and add the artichokes, broad beans and peas.
- Fry everything lightly
- Cover everything with the stock and add the slices of morcilla
- Cook for ten minutes and serve
